The PowerWave workout brings EVERYTHING to a 30 minute blast!
Feel muscles you’ve not felt before …. and every workout is different…. all you know is that you’re training for 20 mins (with warm up and cool down making it 30 mins of your time) …

- Monday at 9.10am – PowerWave with Fran at Westcombe Park (30 mins)
- Tuesday at 7pm – PowerWave with Carrie at Tubbenden (30 mins)
- Thursday at 9.30am – PowerWave / Power Yoga with Emma at Westcombe Park (55 mins – half and half class)
- Friday at 9.10am – PowerWave with Emma / Rosie at Westcombe Park (30 mins)
