Which classes will push you, make you sweat and feel like you've really achieved a great workout?

💦 Early Morning Workout - all 3 of 'em - Mon / Wed / Fri Online at 6.45am

💦 Cross Training - Monday or Saturday at 9.30am, or a virtual one on Fridays at 9.15am

💦 Pump or Express Pump - Tuesday 9.30am, Thursday at 6pm.

💦 Box Fit - madness, disco lights and drum n bass! Mondays 6 or 7pm, Wed at 7.10pm

💦 Total Body - face2face Tues 6.30pm, Wed at 9.30am or Online Wed or Sat 9.30am

💦 Circuits - Wednesday 6.15pm

💦 Step Hiit - crazy cardio & conditioning on Thursdays at 7pm

💆‍♀️ Stretch Pilates - Tues at 6pm
