We Have Basic Life Support!

So, with major thanks to my wonderful networking group, the PiB Network, we were provided a Basic Life Support course for the instructors ...always a great skill to have under our belts!


Fun and essential skills provided by Gary at NMA Training - brilliant!


How was your Black Friday weekend frenzy of shopping? I don't know about you, but my inbox is FULL - want to get away from all those emails desperate to sell you something?


Come and immerse yourself in a workout - good for the soul as well as the body ... get away from the screen and release some endorphins! This week's schedule is below.

 

Christmas Do!

Our Christmas party is going to be a lot of fun - casual, but also a great chance to get together and enjoy good music and chat! Wear whatever makes you feel good! it's on Thursday 15th December, at Westcombe Park Rfc.
