So a fab week at Flin's ... the launch of Power Pilates was such a great success!
The combination of equipment and a more challenging style of Pilates was very appealing it seems... while it still remains a class that everyone can do as options are given throughout to either intensify or regress each exercise AND there is the benefit of the stretch and mobilising throughout.
Both Tracey and I have years of experience teaching Pilates, so you are always in safe hands!
I have purchased another couple of bars and 6 more foam rollers - and while these classes remain in such high demand, I will continue to ship equipment from one site to the other, to ensure that we can accommodate you in class! Book early to make sure you get a space, then unregister if you can't then make it (fully refunded up to an hour before start time).
If you find yourself on a waitlist, HANG TOUGH!! You will very likely get a spot - even hours before, as people drop off due to circumstances changing (it happens all the time!)
It's going to be a miserable week weather wise, so if you are feeling very "meh" about going OUT to workout, then stay IN and join us online or On Demand!
