🚨 CLASS NEWS!
Our Online packages are going well - lots of people seem to like the changing schedule each week, so we will be trialing the new "Flin's Online" rolling timetable throughout September! Any class suggestions are welcome - comment on this post or message me directly via any forum!
New stuff next week includes:
Functional with Lauren, Mon 9am
Tone & Core with Rosie, Mon 6pm
LBA EMOM with Emma, Tues 9am
Yogalates with Emma, makes a guest reappearance this Thurs at 6.30pm
Legs & Abs with Lauren, Friday 9am
We are still working around the contractors at Tubbenden for one more week, so we are still using the small hall upstairs with the smaller classes in the studio - please look at the schedule below, or on TeamUp to see which hall is housing your class!
Autumn Courses start soon!
If you're thinking ahead to your Autumn fitness plans, we are all prepped and ready to go - the following courses are now loaded and ready to book, via TeamUp:
Dance Fit with Jules, Mondays at 8pm, from Sept 5th
Back2Fit Mumma with Tracey, Tuesdays at 10.30am, from Sept 6th
Beginners Yoga with Tracey, Thursdays at 6.30pm, from Sept 8th
Yoga Improvers with Carrie, Tuesdays at 7.30pm, from Sept 13th
Aerobathon Updates:
❗️Start time has changed to 9.30am - we just couldn't fit it all in otherwise! The schedule will be published later this week.
🎁 The list of raffle prizes is up! Look on the Just Giving page or the website, where it has just been posted. You can now buy raffle tickets at class, or by donating to the fundraising page, stating how many tickets you would like ... a £1 each!

Hiya Jules, I have an online programme on the web app which is a 28 day self paced Energise, which you can start at any time. I have a plan to maybe do a guided one (ie with a WA group) as I think people seem to prefer a group. I'm adding an online PT course with Lauren and also a Beginners Pilates, with me. All coming in September. Energise is very much more focused on mindset - a guide to "reigning it in", getting healthier and fitter, rather than restriction on certain foods. I find it works better .... longer term and more realistic for most people! Hope that sounds appealing to you ...I am sorting Aerobathon stuff over…
