👀 This week's featured class, is good ol' Boot Camp!
I've chopped and changed this class over the years, given it fresh new names even, but when it comes down to it, you know what you're getting with a boot camp! Well, actually you don't because it's different every week - but always kit out, always a challenge, yet always options, to allow anyone to take part, whatever their level of fitness!
It's at Tubbenden school on Saturday mornings at 9.45am - here's the link to book for this coming Saturday 21st May. If it's raining or wet on the ground, we will be inside the big hall, as it's great to NOT get wet or muddy!
GUEST PRESENTER Tracey will be online on Wednesday at 7pm, to serve up a delicious helping of Yoga for us! Due to holidays, we have no online Tone & Flow or Pilates this week hence Tracey bringing the midweek Mind Body session 🙌🏽 It's always a great session, and anyone is welcome! Here is the link to book
