Hiya - so finally I got these hoodies - lots of supply issues, unsurprisingly, but now it's April ...! Ok, so we might get some lovely weather here and there, but I wore mine all last week! šŸ˜‚ Selling in the store at near cost price at Ā£20, S, M & L, true to size.

Myzone fundraiser!

We had a hilarious, banter-full and intense TEAM challenge in March amongst the FF Myzone community! We all worked really hard on our activity levels to gain effort points for our teams ...sadly Team ICE beat my own Team FIY-AH ...but oh my word! What a month - we all pushed ourselves and improved our fitness levels at the same time!


For April, we needed a "feelgood" challenge to calm the competitive vibe!

This month, we are raising money for MIND, so for each 150 effort points earned, I will be donating Ā£1 to the charity on behalf of Flin's Fitness. Each participant is encouraged to hit a 1300 point target which is the recommended activity level by the World Health Organisation.

Finally, SAVE THE DATE!

The 2022 Flin's Fitness Charity Aerobathon will this year be on Saturday September 17th, 10am til 1pm at Tubbenden School. It gives us a long date to get everything planned and in place, plus time for businesses to feel in a better position to contribute to our raffle! (Ps any raffle contributions will be very welcome! šŸ˜‰) We will stream some workouts online too, so there's going to be excitingly different elements this year!
