Beginners Pilates with Fran - I give you all the tools you need to learn the basics of Pilates from beginner level - what each exercise does for your body and why, with modifications and variations to take you from very basic to a little more challenging.
It's £28 for 28 days, and is available on the Website, Fit by Wix App, or on TeamUp in the On Demand section.
PT Online with Lauren - Feel the need to get fit again after the summer? Here's a full PT style course spread over 6 weeks, encouraging you to train in multiple ways with Lauren, to challenge & improve your fitness levels. There's a Fit Test to start, which is repeated at the end, in order to gauge your improvement.
It's £28 for 6 weeks access, currently only via the TeamUp On Demand dashboard, however I will have it rolled out on the app by next week 🤞🏼

Lauren is back for her face2face Monday 9.30am at Westcombe, now called Cross Training - as that is what it is!
Tracey's Mind Body Masterclass, a one off, - Just Stretch, Tuesday at 10.30am - well needed after a long hot summer?!
Rosie B returns! Stretch Pilates, Tuesday at 6pm at Crofton
Monday's Yoga Flow & Dance Fit return with Jules to Crofton, Yoga Flow now at 7pm
Tuesday's Zumba is back at Crofton at 7pm
Box Fit returns to a double class on a Monday, 6pm & 7pm.
We have revamped our Online offerings - every week there are different classes on offer in each time slot ... keeping things interesting for you! Check the schedule below to see what piques your interest for this week!
Aerobathon Updates:
Just 2 weeks now, until we take over the main hall at Tubbenden and smash out your favourite workouts, also preview some classes you may not have seen before!
Do a little, do a lot (or just watch and eat cake!) - it's totally up to you! All we ask is for a £12 suggested donation when you book on - we have hit £1000 already - thank you so much for your generosity so far.
Here's what we plan to do on the day:
🎁 The list of raffle prizes is up! Look on the Just Giving page or the website, where it has just been posted. You can now buy raffle tickets at class, or by donating to the fundraising page, stating how many tickets you would like ... a £1 each!
👚Don't give your new / nearly new fitness gear to the charity shop! Please donate to US! We are collecting some lovely stuff - clothing and fitness kit, ready to sell CHEAP and raise more money for charity! Please get in touch and I'll arrange collection 🤗
