So, 7.15am isn't for EVERYONE on a Monday morning ... but actually it was a lovely start to the week - I joined in on Zoom from Seville on the day we were coming home - using a hotel towel and my phone! Loved it though - got the body moving and woke the brain without too much sweating!

AEROBATHON '24! Will be a Sunday 15th September, again at Tubbs - charity still to be confirmed, although I would like to support a local mental health charity. Please get in touch if you have information on a charity locally that would be pleased to have our support. Mental health is a huge problem, especially among young people, and many of us know someone who is struggling. We want to help.
