  • We currently have 26 equipment free or band workouts to keep your hand in while you're away, or if you don't own dumbbells!

  • We have 33 "Mind Body" workouts, for if you fancy chilling and stretching with some Yoga or Pilates!

  • Over 100 Hiit / Total Body / Strength workouts to choose from ....

  • AND 23 different Total Beginners sessions to get you started from scratch!


We are adding around 10 different workouts a week to the dashboard - look them up under "Latest Uploads"
