We are KNOWN and PROVEN to deliver on all of the above - pick up just one quality class per week which you can't get anywhere else, or join us as an Access All Areas member - or anything in between!


We can supply whatever you are looking for in group exercise classes ... the smiles and laughter captured by Payley Photography recently, show you the ethos behind the Flin's Fitness mission: Fitness For All!

 

Class News


Our Online library continues to grow, from our quality weekly schedule. Now approaching 1,500 workouts, there really is something to suit your workout needs, albeit a quick 30 minute Total Body, or a longer 45 minute sweat-fest! We have an equipment free section, and add-on 10 minute mini workouts.

All just £7.75 per month - ridiculously cheap for what's on offer, and so handy to have if you're away, or have young children, or work from home - here's the link to join.
