Following on from last week's newsletter - here is what we have lined up for summer!



COMMIT TO FIT!

This worked so well for the last group and I plan to extend this to LIVE classes as well as online, for the next group!

  • A whatsapp group to motivate and encourage each other

  • A fit test weekly (online) to measure your improving fitness

  • NO fee to pay - it's free ... group will be limited to 12 people.

Learn Yoga With Rosie

New 6 week course starting 25th July!

My family was planning a winter holiday and wanted to go somewhere unique. We were considering Tunisia but weren't sure if it would have the winter experience we wanted. The site also included recommendations for the best times to visit. This helped us decide to include Tunisia in our winter holiday plans, excited to see a different side of the country.
