Power Pilates - Our New Concept!

Wow! Not since we launched Barre Conditioning last year, has there been such a great response to a class!


Power Pilates was launched just 24 hours ago on social media, and we are already fully booked for Tuesday evening's session! I will borrow equipment from Westcombe Park, to be able to open this up so that those interested can try it, but there are still spaces on the Tuesday MORNING session 10.15am at Westcombe ...Booking link HERE


The concept is, that we can mimic the benefits of a reformer Pilates class, using our extensive range of resistance kit - foam rollers, balls, bands, barres, strap, blocks ... we have future use of spikey balls and foot dusters ... the options are huge!


No reformer? No problem!


Why be on endless waitlists at Virgin, or pay for bespoke reformer sessions, when for £8 (or your membership), you can drop in and get a valuable, safe and effective workout here at Flin's!


I'm super excited to be launching this Tuesday, and the class on the following week is already filling up ... we will see you very soon!
