Woohoo! 🥳🥳 Starting this week!

  • We have a new morning class starting next week: Back2Fit, Tuesday 10.30am at Westcombe Park - suitable for those who want a gentle workout with hand weights, some Pilates & a Yoga stretch finish... 50 minute class with Tracey - all Flin's members & participants are welcome to try it out for FREE - book it using the payment screen (not your current membership option), and then on payment enter the code FREE23 in the discount box.

  • Express Pump now on Thursday’s at 6pm – it’s a 35 minute strength class with Tracey … you WILL feel you’ve worked your muscles, you WON’T need to spend long doing it! Booking is here for Thursday 12th Jan.
