TWO fantastic new online classes this week!
🎥 A short course of 4 classes, using home exercise kit to recreate the effects of gym machines! No Gym, No Problem is at 9am Online with me (Fran), starting THIS Tuesday, 30th April. Booking link is HERE

🎥 Power Pilates (remember: No Reformer, No Problem?)
This starts next Saturday 3rd, at 9.20am, straight after our Total Body Online at 8.30am. Using balls, bands and a chair to enhance your Pilates session, powering it up to another level by using resistance and balance support!
Emma & I will alternate Saturdays online, with the Cross Training class at Tubbenden.
