Kick start our new health & fitness regime!

What's wrong with who and what we are?

YES, let's get back into regular exercise, let's make healthier food choices, now that we hit a quiet few months socially, but my advice?
Avoid trying to change everything in one go!
Small habit changes work better than huge lifestyle overhauls.
Set REALISTIC goals - give yourself TIME and be KIND to yourself.
And by the way, you are just GREAT the way you are!
