Hello and welcome to the first week of the FULL timetable here at Flin's!
A busy Monday schedule, with the Westcombe Park morning classes returning, and the NEW Total Body Lite class in it's new slot of 7.15pm at Tubbenden.
For the Early Morning Online fans, we are trying the new slightly later slot of 7am - not as unsocialble as 6.30am for some! If you're working from home, or on a school run, it could work well! Come and join me online - the link for this Monday 8th is here
Monday again! The new Dance Fit course with Jules begins ... book here for these fun sessions.
Tuesday evening sees the return of Total Body (Carrie on hols still, so I will cover), and the mighty Zumba with Kelly is back at 7.15pm.
If you need some stretch in your life, Rosie B will see you Tuesday at 6pm for some sublime Stretch Pilates.
