Hello - and happy holidays .... if you are working over this weekend, wishing you a bearable shift, and hope you get some downtime.


More than one bit of GREAT news for this coming week:

  • Rathish (Master R) is BACK! Bollywood Zumba returns ... on a Thursday morning at 10.30am at Westcombe Park ...booking link HERE We will soon arrange another weekend session for those who can't make the mid week mornings.

  • Rosie will be bringing us a new class: Barre Flow on Thursday mornings at 9.30am ... a perfect class for stretch and tone, with the barre to aid balance and allow deeper stretch. Booking is HERE

  • Our Friday morning Body Conditioning with Emma has been totally booked up week on week, so as we head into the busier season, I've decided to add another session - we now have Body Con 1 at 9am, followed by Body Con 2 at 9.45am. An express but effective session, each is 40 mins duration - no messing about, you will still leave with muscles and core quivering! Total Body Lite begins at 10.35am and will be 55 mins.
