New Classes & Some Changes šŸ‘€




Hello - lots of stuff going on this week, so let's get straight into it!


Here are the new sessions - with direct links to book, for your comfort and convenience! šŸ˜œ

  • EARLY MORNINGS ONLINE will now be at 6.30am, giving you a bit more time to slot it in and get it done before work or the school run! Mon 17th / Wed 19th & Fri 21st

  • Step Pump: Cardio intervals using the step, alternating with barbell & dumbbells focusing each block on a body area. Monday 17th at 7pm - Tubbenden

  • Total Body Bounce: Cardio bounce intervals alternating with a weighted conditioning intervals - a fun and sweaty workout! Wed 19th at 10.30am & Thursday 20th at 6.15pm - Westcombe Park

  • Yoga Flow, new slot with Tracey - Thursday 20th at 7pm - Westcombe Park

  • Wednesday evening PILATES returns to Tubbenden, 6.30pm with Jules.

  • Yoga with Carrie returns as a drop in session for this term - Ā£8.50 PAYG for this hour long session, or use one of your memberships. Carrie's class returns from NEXT week, Tuesday 25th.

If you're currently struggling to get on track with your fitness & lifestyle, my 28 day self paced program Energise, is a great place to start - online beginners & intermediate workouts, alongside a WhatsApp group of members, to support, motivate and provide that all important accountability! It's Ā£28 for the 28 days step by step, however you can stay on as long as you need to complete the program!

Online classes are great quality, convenient and in the case of the early mornings, a "roll out of bed - smash it out - shower - BOOM" kinda vibe! We've made the earlier a bit earlier, so that it's all done by 7.05am - plenty of time to shower and get on with the day!


Still can't make a scheduled class?


All online classes are edited and uploaded to our On Demand library, currently offering over 1,100 workouts of every type - for less than 8 quid a month! Phenomenal value for money!
