So, we are thinking about a new concept for Flin's Fitness, now that we have a Thursday morning available at our Westcombe Park hall site:
BARRE YOGA
Ideal for the less confident Yoga lovers, or beginners in Yoga
Using the barre to aid the balance postures and therefore strengthening of the legs
Using the barre to assist in deepening twists and stretches
Using blocks and straps to enhance the session.
The idea is that this class will be open to all - especially those who have previously found Yoga too challenging and let's face it - sometimes frustrating!
