The PettsWood 10K took place in the beautiful sunshine this morning, and I was happy to once again be taking the warm up. I love doing these local events - I see lots of people, including faces from years past and also people who are relatively new to us at Flin's!
The race was sold out with lots of visiting clubs attending ... proving just how popular running has become, particularly since lockdown. Next year, let's get the Flin's posse together and put a team in, yes? Who's up for that? š
Running works perfectly with conditioning weighted sessions (like our classes š), to create a strong, fit self ...unless you have injuries of course ..not all bodies like to run š¤·š»āāļø

A reminder that Tracey's Total Body Bounce is at now at 6.45pm on a Thursday... and we've added a stretch! Leave early or stay for 15 mins perfect realignment, after an all round weights and cardio session. Book this coming Thursday here
