Time to get excited as we return to the mixed timetable of Online, Face2Face classes and Small Group PT!
From Wed 2nd, you will see just a few Live classes back - the super popular ones that you can't live without! Body Con on Friday is already booked up with a HOOJ waitlist š², so I've added an earlier Pop Up session this week to accommodate more people. You can see what's coming by scrolling through the class calendar ("book a class" on the website - no need to log in to my website to book or view classes - just log into TeamUp when you go to this page)
I've added one more to the Online sessions and kept lots of choice, as people are asking for the convenience of classes at home during a super busy run up to Christmas ... there will be a new lunchtime Equipment Free Fitness 30 minute blast with me on Thursday at 12.15pm - get away from your desk and feel revitalised for the rest of the day!
Small Group PT - I'm running a Wed 7pm SGT, which is already nearly full ...do book quickly if you want to join this 3 week capsule course!
More Small Group PT to come, in the New Year when restrictions allow - and if they don't, look out for ONLINE SGT!
