So, do you belong to a gym?

Maybe the classes there are great .... maybe not so much? Maybe the good ones are always booked up and the whole experience of getting to a good class at your gym is frustrating you!


🎯We offer drop in classes - always have, since the very day I founded Flin's Fitness. This means you can just book and rock up to any class you fancy - you can choose to pay the full rate (£8 group, £6 online), or grab a bargain class pack which can sit on your account for up to 12 months.
