Mind Body:
Yoga Flow, Pilates, Stretch Pilates in the evenings, also our rebranded class on a Tuesday morning at 10.30am, Mind Body Stretch - a restorative class for both body and soul - times and venues below, or check the class calendar.
TOUGH classes:
New and very intense! Step PUMP - Monday at 7pm - barbell strength with cardio blocks in between ...so hard, but so good! Step HIIT is still a beast of a class, and we do the Cross Training classes which push you hard, using loads of different equipment.
Less Intense, but super effective:
NEW is All Conditioning on Thursday night at 7pm, plus the Total Body Bounce is still proving popular - these classes don't stay popular if they don't give you a great workout! Fun but does the job! As does Total Body + Stretch ...and Box Fit - these classes for the foundation of our schedule because everyone can join in - at whatever level of fitness! Speaking of which, a new Zumba is ready and waiting for you, 7.15pm on Thursdays, as well as the existing Tuesday 7pm and the Monday 10.30am.
Online:
Early mornings online are now just 35 mins and at 6.30am - just enough time to smash out a great workout before your morning shower 👌🏼 Monday / Wed / Friday... we also offer 3 other mid morning classes, a Saturday morning, and 2 evenings. Convenient and effective - get it done in your own space, no travel or waiting around!
On Demand
All the online workouts edited and saved to our On Demand dashboard - ready to press and play... whenever you demand! All the choice, completely convenient, for just £7.75 a month. Join here - you can easily cancel anytime!

FREE event, no need to pay, but please make sure you book here
Jules will teach a brilliant dance number from start to finish and you will learn the steps, or at least have a go! Switch off for 45 mins and just enjoy the process!
No need for gym gear, just wear what feels comfortable - book your place and come and have some fun. If you think this is a great idea, please do forward this to people who you care about that might be struggling - we want to give back to our community in a small way.
