So, we all recognise the power of the group, right? Since relaunching the Energise program with WhatsApp support in the New Year, it's been clear that it is the group chat that keeps people motivated and on track to achieve their goals!
Having done 2 programs, it has become even clearer that there should not be an "end" after 28 days as people want to keep the chat and support going, while they cement their lifestyle changes!

Class News
I have changed a few courses to classes - I'm trying out the Monday 8pm Dance Fit with Jules and the Thursday 6.45pm Yoga Mobility with Tracey, as drop in classes. This means they are no longer running as courses, you can book on via the class calendar on a more casual basis, using a single payment or your regular class pack or membership.
This is because the Dance Fit seems very well established and I can now be happy that we are covering costs with decent attendance, but it's the opposite reason for Yoga Mobility! Very low attendance take up on the course means that we will see if drop in appeals better for this wonderful session. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason for something not working - but let's try this! More people might be inclined to give it a try if they don't have to commit to a course - let's see?
Carrie's Yoga Improvers however, is still running as a course - I've spoken to some of the regulars about this in the past, and they prefer the commitment, which makes perfect sense! Starting again this week: Yoga Improvers - 5 weeks for £35 - book here
