Wow, no-one saw the announcement about masks coming, did they?!
New rules starting from Thursday 27th, mean that we no longer require you to wear masks in and out of class, however YOUR comfort is paramount, therefore please do continue to wear your masks if your prefer.
Masks no longer required and are now personal preference
Booking classes is still essential as numbers will be controlled to avoid overcrowding
We continue to offer only wipe clean equipment to borrow - therefore we loan vinyl fitness mats, but not foam yoga style mats. Please bring your own mat to the Yoga / Pilates classes. Other equipment such as dumbbells get a spray down post use as we pack away.
We will continue to maintain space between you all at class, and ventilate the halls to cycle the air.
We would ask you not to come to class if feeling unwell, or suffering with heavy cold or flu symptoms.
Very much looking forward to the return of some normality - exciting!
