The BIG switch will be on Tuesday 8th April, from our existing TeamUp platform, to our new BSport booking software and app.
If you are an existing class participant and have been along recently, or if you have a class pack or membership which is current, you will be automatically switched over, along with your active membership or class pack.
There will be email support to guide you through the transition.
From the early hours of Tuesday 8th, the timetable becomes live for bookings, you will be able to book up to 14 days ahead.
At this point, you will be asked to log in with your existing email which will now be on the BSport system, BUT you will need to reset your password to gain access to the entirely new platform. You could use the same one you had for TeamUp - no one will know!
We will have a scrappy week next week, I'm pretty sure! However this will be short term pain, for what I hope will be long term gain - a smoother, more intuitive booking system, where you can easily check your bookings, your memberships and everything else!
RE the waitlist classes ... there are a few classes which get booked up super quickly ... I will try to accommodate everyone during the transition ... if you get signed in on Tuesday 8th, we should be able to get ahead of those popular class waitlists for the following week! Please don't panic if you're having trouble - all will be fine, still come, I will sort it, we will cope! As it is Easter hols, we are bound to be a little quieter anyway.

Thursday mornings are coming!
Barre Flow is our new class with the wonderful Rosie!
Flexibility, movement and stretch, with the support of the barre, starting on April 24th, 9.30am at Westcombe Park.
Perfect for you if:
You struggle with core strength and balance
You are tight and need more flexibilty or mobility
You enjoy a gentler pace of class
You want to improve your muscle tone, but don't enjoy "feeling the burn"!
Booking will be from Tuesday 8th onwards there will be 16 places available in this class.
Stretch & Sound
Our Tracey returns this coming Friday for our monthly event ... crystal bowl soundbath, soft hypnotic wind chimes, stretch ... these sessions are always wonderful, relaxing and restorative.
