I hope you're enjoying the laid back bank holiday vibes - even if you happen to be working it!
This week, we have the Bank Holiday Boot Camp as always, followed by Yoga Flow - there are just a few spaces left on Boot Camp, and plenty of space on the mats for Yoga Flow.
Yoga lovers!
We are running our Vinyasa Flow Thursday evening class, and our Monday Yoga as a drop in PAYG. This is quite unique in the Yoga world as most places you need to book a course - and we have done courses many times in the past at Flin's. A course ensures that the hall and instructor fees are covered, and also that you as the participant commit to your practice!
I personally know how difficult it is to juggle life and family and work and social stuff ... hence I love the PAYG method! Remember that you can now pick Monday OR Thursday evening to get your practice in, or even BOTH, as Jules and Rosie have a different style!
Pilates lovers!
Did you know? That our permanent cover Pilates instructor Cheryl, has brought a new dimension to Tuesday night Pilates? The class is at 6pm and is now more dynamic and challenging - designed to strengthen as well as stretch! The class are loving her style and are seeing improvements to their bodies and mobility! All other classes, both online and in person are ON as normal for this this half term!
NEXT week, Friday 6th June, 7pm, we have Tracey's Stretch & Sound session at Tubbenden - chill, stretch and immerse yourself in the Sound Bath - a wonderful class.
