Hello, I hope you're enjoying a relaxing Sunday? I have some news ... we have a NEW WEBSITE!!! šššš½ So, along with LOADS of changes in business, I've been working super hard on a project with my great friend and PT client John Gillard, from www.everycontent.co.uk to be able to set up and run my website solo, and here it is! Clean, uncluttered, fresh and updated! Lots to do still ....behind the scenes stuff which won't affect the working of the site, but for now... we are LIVE and DIRECT! Massive thanks to John for getting me set up on this great Wix platform ...he did ALL the donkey work, and I get to come in like a rockstar and call it MINE! Please click on the BOOKING DASHBOARD to find TeamUp, log in and book your classes, find your class packs etc as usual. Eventually, we will have everything working through the site and I will be able to run class bookings as well as move the Members Dashboard in house too! John and I are doing some testing on this next week.... lots to come, but we are working our way through it and will let you know when we are migrating everything.

***NEW*** Sunday Small Group PT with Lauren: Just scheduled on the dashboard... Only 8 maximum in the group, so you get some great individual coaching. Lau is so creative and tough with her training - you will really see your progress over this 6 week course! Booking link is here:

Pilates (Live class) with Rosie B is moving to Thursday mornings at 10am, at Westcombe Park. Rosie fans will be able to come to both of her sessions, by request, now that they are on different days.
