We are a "man down" 🚨 this week, as Rosie F goes off to enjoy a week in the sun! We are all covered apart from the Thursday night online ... so not much in the way of class casualties! Check out the schedule below to see who's doing what, and enjoy your classes this week - some with a different twist as myself or Emma cover!

There are still spaces available on all of our courses and I have reduced the cost pro-rata, for the following 5 weeks. Therefore:
Dance Fit 8pm, Mon 21st Feb, at Crofton Junior School - 5 weeks: £32-50
Back2Fit Mumma 10.45am, Tues 22nd Feb, at Westcombe Park - 5 weeks: £32-50
Yoga Improvers 7.30pm, Tues 22nd Feb, at Tubbenden School - 5 weeks: £35
Beginners Yoga 6.30pm, Thurs 24th Feb, at Tubbenden School - 5 weeks: £35
Still not finding time to exercise? How about slotting in our 30 - 40 minute sessions at home? Time, space and even clothing to suit YOU! This week, I've uploaded another 13 workouts of all genres, to our brilliant On Demand service - now approaching 700 workouts! It's a mere £7.75 a MONTH! Less than the cost of a single face2face class!
Coming soon on the app .... the Energise programme - a self paced 28 day nutrition and exercise reset! 28 days for £28! I am testing it with my last group to see what they think, and also to spot any inconsistencies etc ... there is a support group tied in with the app - it all in one place, so no need for Facebook either! It will be live later this week, and will appear on your Flin's Fitness Fit by Wix app ready to book.
