A Fresh Feel - What Do You Think?




Hello & Happy Easter!


I hope you're enjoying the bank holiday weekend so far - I hope you are getting at least a little time off if you're a shift worker 🫶🏼


For Monday's sessions, we will be in the hall for Boot Camp due to predicted rain 🙄, but rather exciting - for the first time on a bank hol, we will be running Yoga Flow with Jules at 10.30am. Hope you can make it.... both sessions are at Tubbenden.


This week I have been working hard to improve the website - my aim was to make navigation simple and intuitive ...I wanted to de clutter! There is so much we do at Flin's but presenting it in an easy to navigate way has been a challenge!


Please do let me know if you like it - also if there are any improvements I could make?


The new classes are ready on the schedule for after the Easter break (week commencing 17th April) and up for booking now! Get in quick to secure your space!

  • Total Body Bounce: Wed 10.30am & Thursday 6.15pm - Westcombe Park

  • Step Pump: Monday 7pm - Tubbenden

  • Yoga Flow, new slot with Tracey - Thursday 7pm - Westcombe Park

  • EARLY MORNINGS will be at 6.30am after the Easter hols ... Monday / Wed & Fridays

  • PILATES returns to Tubbenden, 6.30pm with Jules.

Please do let me know your comments and suggestions - as you know, I love to keep things fresh and interesting - lots of ideas are seeded in my brain by class members!
