First full week back, so many NEW classes - hard to pick one for the graphic on this blog post!
I've gone for the LINE DANCING on Wed 11.30am with Emma at Westcombe Park - COWBOY BOOTS NOT REQUIRED! Fun times guaranteed! 🤠
This is NEW to us and not been on the Flin's schedule before - come and learn with us, right from the beginning!
Also NEW, Bollywood Zumba with Master R - Wed 10.30am
Fabulous Tracey has taken on Aero-Lite, a step count boost for the day, all low impact, perfect for beginners and light cardio lovers, now on Tuesday at 10.30am.
High energy class fans - we have SWEAT. at 9.30am on a Monday. Challenging but can be adapted, if you are returning to exercise after a break.
If you bring someone along in January to any of our morning classes at Westcombe, please let me know and you will BOTH be given a free class - let's enjoy getting into exercise with a friend to have a laugh with!
Also ... if you want to do something 3 or 4 times a week in the mornings, try our brand new Westcombe Park membership - UNLIMITED classes for the month, for a super value £45 (that's just £10 a week!)
Our classes are high quality, fun, expertly instructed by my team - award winning in fact!
A reminder that now ALL evening and weekend classes are based at Tubbenden School, we will have entry to the Small Hall & Studio car park via Sandy Bury and as usual the Tubbenden Lane car park is for Main Hall users.
I will upload a video to the website demonstrating access, for clarity and ease of navigation. This will be available to view by Tuesday.

Don't forget, Monday evening Jules fans ... Dance Fit will now be in the Studio at Tubbenden at 6.30pm, and Yoga will be in the Small Hall at 7.15pm.
