Cross Training
Every type of training, presented in a different form every session! Usually a variety of equipment to challenge the body as much as possible. A great class for those who like to be pushed!
A challenging class, however beginners are always welcome and given options where needed.

Zumba Gold
A fully low impact Zumba class with no jumping, medium paced, fun and sociable.
All ages and abilities are welcome.
Mondays 10.30am - Westcombe Pk

Pilates
A medium paced session, moving from standing balance and roll downs, to mat work including back flexibility and strength, core engagement and postural awareness.

All abilities, options for beginner level are offered throughout.

Box Fit
A boxing circuit style class with a different format each time you come, combining boxing combos on the static punchbags, with equipment to further challenge you! Bring your own gloves or mitts.​

Dance Fit
A fun class learning steps to some well known tracks. Building a routine from scratch, feel the satisfaction of when it all comes together!​

A fully blended style class, drawing from several forms of yoga practice. Jules expertly delivers stretch, strength and some challenge for those who want more.​

A mixture of light cardio put together in a fun routine, some weighted exercise, plus some Pilates style core & stretch.
