- Monday – Express Body Con at 6.45pm at Tubbenden with Jules – 45 min class
- Monday – Body Con at 7pm at Newstead with Fran – 50 min class
- Tuesday – Circuits at 6.30pm at Tubbenden with Rosie – 50 min class
- Wednesday – Lift Lean & Stretch at 9.30am at Westcombe Park with Rosie – 55 mn class
- Wednesday – Express Body Con at 7.30pm at Tubbenden with Jules – 45 min class
- Friday – Body Con at 9.45am at Westcombe Park with Emma – 45 min class

Lift Lean & Stretch on Wednesday mornings, or good ol’ Circuits with Rosie on Tuesday night … both sessions will work you hard with heavier weights and a number of different training methods – variety in your training is the key to shape change and muscle tone!
