Studies have shown that setting goals will 100% improve your chances of achieving them!
Write your goals down (on your phone / in your notebook).
Make them SPECIFIC – narrow down margins and drill down what it is you ACTUALLY want to achieve.
Look at them daily.
Plan HOW you will set about achieving them …. make an achievable path to each specific goal …this is actually quite exciting!
Be committed mentally to your plan of action.
Then (as the saying goes….) Just Do It!

Kelly is at a family event on Thursday and unfortunately her FitSteps class can’t be covered She will be back next week as usual. Her other classes are unaffected.
Mum’s & Tots is coming! A Fitness Pilates course where mums can bring their little ones to join in or play, while you get some well needed Pilates training! There is a taster session on Feb 15th at 10.40am – participants will get priority booking onto the 5 week course beginning on March 1st!
