Our Ellie is a kids fitness instructor and we thought we would see if there’s enough interest to run a TEENS & TWEENS Boot Camp, alongside the adult classes …
If your child is old enough to enjoy taking part in a Boot Camp style fitness session lasting 45 minutes, then we will run the Tuesday and Friday to match the adult fitness class times …
Based in the Gym hall at Priory, but maybe outside if possible.
We must stress that it is not based on games etc, so as such might not be for the younger children …. if they show an interest in what you do, then they will LOVE it!
You don’t have to take part in the adult fitness classes while your kids are doing their thing ….you could chill out and read a book in the reception area, or not be there at all if they travel around by themselves!
WE CAN ONLY RUN THIS COURSE IF THERE IS ENOUGH UPTAKE, so please sign up by Sunday and we will be good to go for next week!
6 weeks unlimited sessions (ie 2 per week throughout the summer) – £48
(2nd child from the same family pays £38 & 3rd child from the same family goes FREE!!!)
